LIONGLOBAL JAPAN FUND
- No longer included under the Central Provident Fund Investment Scheme (“CPFIS”)

We, Lion Global Investors Limited, the Managers of the LionGlobal Japan Fund (the “Fund”), are writing to you as unitholder of the Fund.

We wish to inform you that the Fund will no longer be included under the CPFIS with effect from 3 April 2015 (the “Effective Date”).

Please be informed that the last dealing day for subscription of units in the Fund using CPF monies will be 24 March 2015 to give agent banks sufficient time for processing before the Effective Date. The Fund will, however, continue to be available for investment using cash and Supplementary Retirement Scheme monies. We wish to highlight that there are no changes to the investment objectives of the Fund. However, the Fund will no longer be required to comply with CPF Investment Guidelines. There is no impact on your existing holdings in the Fund.

In view of the above, we would like to extend the following options to you:

1. Hold
No Action will be required if you wish to continue holding your units in the Fund which has been subscribed for using CPF monies (“CPF Units”).

2. Switch
To switch at no charge, all your CPF units in the Fund into any other CPFIS-included fund managed by us as listed in Appendix 1 until 2 April 2015 by contacting our appointed distributors.

Before deciding to switch your CPF Units in the Fund for units in any other CPFIS-included fund or sub-fund managed by us via our appointed distributors, you should read the relevant prospectus carefully and consult your financial adviser. This will help you assess the suitability of these other funds or sub-funds, or any other alternative options, for your investment profile. Electronic copies of the prospectus(es) are available at www.lionglobalinvestors.com, and hard copies of the same may be obtained from the office of Lion Global Investors Limited, as well as from our appointed distributors.

3. Redeem
If you do not wish to remain invested in the Fund, you may redeem your CPF Units at any time.

For options 2 and 3, please note that any transaction charges incurred with the CPF agent
banks will be borne by the unitholders.
